The following description in partly inspired by the comments of Olivier Poussier, Wolrd Best Wine Waiter, during his wine tasting.
2017 is a very interesting vintage with an excellent maturity and with a nice balance between freshness and acidity.
The wines are situated bewteen 2015's and 2016's vintages. They have th efullness side from the 2015s but without excess and the acidity side from the 2016s but in a slightly mitigated way. The color is intense.
