He will bring you an unequalled culinary experience where regional produce and know-how he learnt from the greatest chefs including Paul Bocuse, Paul and Marc Haeberlin, Michel Lorain and Jean Fleury, rub shoulders. André CHOUVIN perfected his culinary competences when he was chef at “Le Julien” restaurant in Boston, then for 13 years in Australia as chef/restaurateur of the “Café de la Gallerie” and the “Feast Restaurant”.

Set in the centre of the village of Violay, Loïc Picamal’s restaurant is a must for gastronomes. Here are a few of his specialities: Fresh seasonal duck foie gras, a tendency towards lobster and game as well as fish. We can seat around 20 in our restaurant, we can also welcome groups of up to 45 for all occasions (weddings, birthdays etc.) as well as seminaries. Our set menus are priced at €20, €30, €40 and 45.
