Nestling on the square in Bully, at the foot of the Renaissance Château it gets its name from, Yannick and Sandrine Bourgeois-Faucon’s restaurant cultivates a cuisine where passion and authentic flavours rub shoulders. A well-seasoned mix of inspiration and skill, for an unforgettable journey into the world of taste and excellence. The Auberge du Château is open for lunch every day except Monday from 12.15 to 1.15 p.m. and for dinner every day (except Sunday and Monday) from 8 to 9.15 p.m. the restaurant will also be closed on Tuesday from November to March.

500 for the 500 grams of pleasure brought to you by our speciality, hanger steak, that you can enjoy as it comes or with the sauce of your choice. Your taste buds will be in seventh heaven from the starter to dessert, with our luxury mixed salads, home cooked foie gras by Mado; Cedric’s specialities using a lovely choice of Charolais meat (including hanger steak, thick cut steak, steak tartare, rib steak etc.); finishing up with a sweet treat of a dessert prepared by Franck, who is a Pâtissier, and who will delight you with his macarons, tarts, tiramisu or fondant au chocolat etc. You can be sure of a warm welcome from the whole 500 team, who bring you home cooked dishes and fresh seasonal produce. Il se distingue également dans les concours du Meilleur Sommelier de France arrivant souvent en tête. Il pourra vous parler de chaque vin en détail, avec passion et un grand professionnalisme.
