We began the grape harvest in Brouilly on September 20th with a team of more than 30, mainly Polish, people.
Pierre-Marie Chermette is pleased with the grapes from this plot of land in the Brouilly appellation area, which has a natural potential alcohol content of 12.5°.
The containers are transported by refrigerated truck to St-Vérand.
